Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Payment
Payment is processed securely via Billplz (FPX / card). Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Made-to-order items enter production after payment.
Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. See our Shipping page for details.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Custom items are non-returnable except where faulty.
Membership
Membership tiers and benefits are provided at our discretion and may change with notice. Tier discounts and free-shipping perks apply automatically at checkout for signed-in members.
